The WGLT Hall of Fame recognizes those who have made contributions integral to WGLT’s ongoing excellence in public service to the Illinois State University, Bloomington-Normal, and McLean County communities.
WGLT staff reaches 100 percent participation in giving back
All staff members of WGLT invested in the Redbirds Rising campaign, showing their unwavering support for the University and commitment to the students. The radio station is hoping their efforts will inspire other campus units to reach 100 percent participation, as well as inspire all faculty, staff, and retirees to make a gift.

The Illinois Associated Press Broadcasters Association has honored GLT for journalistic excellence with seven awards, including individual staff honors and stationwide recognition for Outstanding News Operation.
