The Alumni Association Homecoming Committee is seeking nominations for the alumni king and queen, the student king and queen and the newly established prince and princess for the 2009 Homecoming court.
The alumni king and queen will be crowned at the Homecoming luncheon on Friday, Oct. 16, and they will reign over events with the new student king and queen and members of the student court throughout the Homecoming weekend. The Homecoming prince and princess will help lead off the annual parade and other events on Saturday.
To be eligible for consideration for alumni king and queen, alumni must have celebrated their 50th class reunion, have a strong connection to the University and be able to attend Homecoming events throughout the weekend. Children of Illinois State University graduates between the ages of four and seven at the time of Homecoming 2009 are eligible for nomination for the Homecoming prince and princess.
