The 2009-2010 Illinois State men’s basketball schedule was finalized and Basketball fans who want to follow the men’s team in the upcoming season will have the opportunity to see six televised games. The games will air as part of the Missouri Valley Conference’s (MVC) partnership with the ESPN family of networks, and the league’s television package.
Additional game coverage is expected through Illinois State’s local package with Comcast Spotlight, which has not yet announced its schedule.
ESPN2 will broadcast Illinois State’s game against Northern Iowa on January 9 at Redbird Arena. ISU will also appear on ESPNU twice with the January 3 home game against Southern Illinois, and the Jan. 17 contest at Drake.
Games that will air on the FSN Midwest and Comcast Chicago include the January 30 home game against Bradley, and the February 17 home game versus Missouri State. The January 27 game at Wichita State will also be on Valley-TV.
