Faculty and staff are invited to participate in The Many Faces of Poverty, a simulation to help understand the struggles and obstacles of people living in poverty. The simulation will take place on Friday, Nov. 12, from 4 to 7:30 p.m. in the Bowling and Billiards Center Activity Room. Dinner will be provided, but pre-registration is required by clicking on the Dean of Students website.

The poverty simulation will immerse participants in the “day in the life” of a typical low-income family trying to survive from month to month. The event is sponsored by Diversity Advocacy, Leadership & Service, Student Government Association and University Program Board.
