Come support Redbird baseball with family and friends
The Illinois State baseball team will host three crucial Missouri Valley Conference series during the month of the May. May 1 is Fan Appreciation Day as the Redbirds take on Indiana State. There will be May Day baskets with candy and prizes available at Duffy Bass Field.
The following weekend, May 6–8, the Redbirds will host Missouri State. As Sunday’s game against the Bears is Mother’s Day, each mother in attendance will be admitted free.
For the Evansville series, May 19–21, each game has been tabbed as Thank You Armed Forces Day. Any person showing a military ID is admitted free. May 19 is also the final Buck Day at Duffy Bass Field. Admission, hot dogs, and drinks are each $1 for that game.
For all the Sunday games, be sure to take advantage of the Sundae Sunday, served in a souvenir Redbird helmet. All kids are able to run the bases after each Sunday game.
