As an Applications Systems Analyst you will be involved in the analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing and information applications, and various other duties as needed to sustain & transform the business for ArcelorMittal USA.  Major transformation initiatives include implementing SAP for Order Management & implementing a packaged Manufacturing Execution System. SAP MDM is currently being utilized as a solution to standardize various information. Other automation project assignments include developing web based systems for order change management; spend management; inventory sales & customer profitability.  Microsoft products are key components of our solution set.   Microsoft Analysis Services and Microsoft Reporting Services are solutions used to support our Data Warehousing initiatives.  In addition, the company sustains Enterprise Z/OS systems primarily focused on steel production control functions and running DBII, Cobol, Gentran EDI, Natural and Adabase.
