Job Roles / Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities include full software life-cycle: design, specification, implementation, testing and documentation
- Create technical designs
- Onshore development lead working closely with onsite and offshore teams to deliver code per specifications
- Must be able to understand business requirements, perform impact assessment, understand the design
- Specification, estimate work effort to implement solution. Code, test and implement enhancement
- Strong object oriented concept Design/Programming oriented
Desired Skills:
- Experience using middleware platforms (WSO2, IBM Websphere, Oracle Fusion, etc.)
- Exposure to other programming environments including mainframe, Unix and Microsoft –,C/C++, .Net etc.
- Knowledgeable in application development/programming work
- Knowledgeable in design, coding, testing and debugging skills
- Knowledge working in a client server environment
- Knowledge with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation
- Experience with J2EE, SOA
- Experience with Web Services Development
- Experience in SQL programming
- Experience with development, deployment, and support of large-scale distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment
This developer position gives the entry-level developer valuable experience and the opportunity to work with other IT professionals in a team environment.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, motivated, adaptive, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar field required
3.0 or better GPA preferred
