Join the Illinois State Alumni Association and the ISU Athletics Department for a spirited day of food, family fun, and basketball on January 7. Tickets to the men’s basketball game that afternoon are available now at a reduced price.
Prior to the Redbird game against Evansville, enjoy the Alumni Slam Dunk Reception. An inflatable game, children’s activities, free photo opportunity with Reggie Redbird, Pixie Stick Station, and tattoo artist will be available.
A disc jockey will be on hand, along with the opportunity to ‘bling’ your own T-shirt. Participants are asked to bring a shirt they would like to decorate. The supplies for shirt embellishment will be provided.
The Slam Dunk activities begin at 11 a.m. and will be held in Horton Field House. Tickets are $7 per person, with children 2 and under free. The price includes one food and one drink ticket per person. Participants will also receive a complimentary spirit pack that includes two tickets to a women’s basketball game. One spirit pack is given per order.
After the reception, enjoy basketball action as Illinois State takes on Evansville at 1 p.m. in Redbird Arena. Tickets are $14 for lower bowl seats, with a limit of six tickets per order.
