The Career Center at Illinois State University is hosting the Part-Time Job Fair for students from 1-4 p.m. Wednesday, September 4, in the Brown Ballroom of the Bone Student Center.
Employers from local retailers, restaurants, nonprofit organizations, university departments, and other employers are attending to meet students interested in part-time positions, to have them complete job applications, and to conduct on-the-spot interviews.
Students seeking a part-time job while attending Illinois State are encouraged to attend. All students need to bring with them is their Redbird identification card and any information they may need to complete a job application, such as a list of previous employers and their contact information.
Any university departments or other employers seeking candidates to fill their part-time openings may participate in the Part-Time Job Fair free of charge. For more information visit the Part-Time Job Fair page on the Career Center website. Employers will need to bring any supplies they need such as a tablecloth, job applications, writing utensils, etc.
