Come join Friends of the Arts for Hot Jazz on a Cool Night January 24 at University Galleries.
The free event will feature Glenn Wilson and the Jazz Maniacs and an opportunity to view the 2014 Faculty Biennial, highlighting the best work of the School of Art faculty. Friends of the Arts board members will provide food, and A. Renee Shoppe and Wine Cafe will offer a cash bar for the casual get-together.
Wilson has recorded with The Buddy Rich Band, the Lionel Hampton Orchestra, Tito Puente, and scores of other jazz groups.
