The Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology‘s Opscan Evaluation service will open early and close late during finals week to accommodate instructors’ hectic schedules.
Monday, May 5 • 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, May 6 • 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 7 • 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, May 8 • 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday, May 9 • 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
It usually takes 10 minutes to run test sheets for a single class, but at peak times during finals week, processing times could be as long as 45 minutes. Those peak times typically come an hour and a half after a final exam is scheduled to start. Instructors are welcome to wait in our lobby, browse the books in our Resource Commons, or pick up evaluated tests later in the week (or have them sent to you by email).
The Opscan Evaluation team can provide you with data in a number of forms. To learn more about the process, including how to load Opscan grades onto your ReggieNet course site, checkout this handy online guide.
