The Office of International Studies and Programs and the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology are sponsoring a workshop for faculty members on how to invite visiting scholars to Illinois State University. This event will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, October 14, in the Instructional Technology and Development Center.
Bring a global perspective to your classroom and your research. Explore how to invite a visiting researcher or professor into your department and learn about the benefits it will bring to your students and colleagues. You will also review the essential items to consider when making plans for your scholar’s visit.
