Save the dates for these upcoming programs and events:
— Resume Critique and Mock Interview Days: Held on February 9 and March 18, students can get a quick resume critique and participate in a mock interview in preparation for the career fairs the next day.
— Graduate School Series: Join the Career Center for all six or just one of the topics pertinent to those considering attending graduate school.
— Networking LIVE: Illinois State students learn how to interact with employers and professionals in a business setting by participating in this educational and highly interactive session with alumni.
— What are You Going to do with THAT Degree: College of Arts and Sciences majors have an opportunity to hear from an alumni panel about career options in their major and how to match themselves with potential careers. This is a “don’t miss session” for students from the College of Arts and Sciences.
— Are You LinkedIn: Get a detailed tutorial on how to create a professional LinkedIn profile and how to use it effectively to build your reputation in your career industry.
— Career Center walk-in hours: Get career advice and assistance without an appointment during brief 10–15 minute sessions.
