The Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology‘s Opscan Evaluation will open early and close late during finals week to process your final exams. Walk-in hours are as follows:
Monday, December 8 • 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, December 9 • 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, December 10 • 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, December 11 • 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday, December 12 • 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology is located at 301 South Main Street, next door to Jimmy John’s.
It usually takes 10 minutes to run test sheets for a single class, but at peak times during finals week, processing times could be as long as 45 minutes. Those peak times typically come an hour and a half after a final exam is scheduled to start. Instructors are welcome to wait in our lobby, browse the books in our Resource Commons, or pick up evaluated tests later in the week (or have them sent to you by email).
The Opscan Evaluation team can provide you with data in a number of forms. To learn more about the process, including how to load Opscan grades onto your ReggieNet course site, check out this handy online guide.
