As you have hopefully already heard, the Illinois State University campus is now subscribed to GrantForward for external funding opportunity searches and researcher profiles.
GrantForward is a funding search and grant recommendation service that can help to increase your awareness of grant opportunities with a daily updated database of more than 20,000 grants from about 10,000 sponsors. You can search for grants by keywords as well as by using advanced filters (such as deadlines, sponsors, and categories). GrantForward can also recommend grants to you based on your CV and past publications.
GrantForward is available at grantforward.com. You can also find the link on the Research and Sponsored Programs (RSP) website under the Funding tab.
You can access the service at grantforward.com from any campus computer without having a user account. To get full functionality, such as profiles and recommendations, as well as access from any Internet-connected location, please sign up for a user account, using your Illinois State email address (follow this tutorial).
GrantForward provides a Researcher Welcome Guide for your reference. You can find support (tutorials, webinars, and notes) at the GrantForward Education page. If you have any questions about the service, contact RSP at ResearchOffice@IllinoisState.edu or GrantForward at support@grantforward.com.
