Illinois State students now have a new way to send and receive email.

As of Monday, October 26, students will send and receive new emails using Office 365 (Office365.IllinoisState.edu). The old system, RedbirdMail.IllinoisState.edu, remains available for students to view old emails and contacts, but students will use Office 365 for all future emails and contacts.

Your next steps

Students should set up their devices to access Office 365 email, including supported phones, tablets, and laptops. Help is available to set up devices:

11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, October 26
Pizza at Schroeder Plaza on the Quad
Grab a free slice of pizza and learn about the new email system. Staff will help get students connected to Office 365 and answer questions.

Monday, October 26, through Thursday, October 29
Look for University technical support staff who will spread out across campus to help students with Office 365 email. Watch for tables in classroom buildings, dining centers, and Milner Library.
