The Latin American and Latino/a studies program would like to welcome Fred Tsao, who will be speaking April 5 in Bloomington.
Tsao is the senior policy counsel at the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights. He works to equip those who serve immigrants and the immigrant community and to advocate for immigrant rights. Tsao will provide insight into immigration policy and reform.
