The Illinois State men’s basketball team will host its sole exhibition game at 3 p.m. November 6 versus Quincy, before opening the 2016-17 season November 11 at Murray State. The Redbird men will then open their home schedule at 6 p.m. November 16 versus Fort Wayne on Doug Collins Court at Redbird Arena.
The ISU women’s basketball team is scheduled to host its only exhibition game at 7 p.m. November 1 versus Harris-Stowe. The Redbirds will open their season at 5 p.m. November 11 at Arizona State. Illinois State will hold its home-opener November 19 against Valparaiso.
Men’s and women’s basketball tickets are now available. Men’s basketball offers two, partial-season ticket plans. There is a three-game pack that includes the New Mexico game on December 3, the Wichita State game on January 14 and the Bradley game on February 11, and an 8-game pack that includes the New Mexico, Wichita State and Bradley games along with the UT Martin game on December 10, the Saint Joseph’s game on December 18, the Drake game on January 21, the Northern Iowa game on February 1, and the Loyola game on February 19.
