Julie North
A retirement reception for Director of Parking and Transportation Julie North will be from 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, December 6, in the Founders Suite of the Bone Student Center. The campus community is invited to attend. She will be retiring after seven years at Illinois State.
North’s career in higher education spans 30 years, which includes 22 years of experience in parking and transportation including planning, overseeing, and managing multimodal transportation programs.
Her professional designations include representing the National Association of College and School Auxiliary Services as Region III director, serving as chair of the Higher Education Alternative Transportation coalition, working on the Illinois State University Strategic Plan Advisory Task Force, and the Illinois State University Hancock Stadium Task Force.
