The Division of Student Affairs invites alumni and friends to join the Division of Student Affairs for a variety of events to help celebrate Homecoming 2018: Redbirds Rising.
Friday, October 12
Watterson Towers 50th Birthday Celebration
University Housing Services invites alumni with an affinity to Watterson Towers to join in our 50th birthday celebration. A program will take place at 6:30 p.m. featuring Vice President and Provost, Dr. Jan Murphy and ISU graduate Jim Sheldon, ’83. Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour Bird’s Eye View, which overlooks the Bloomington-Normal community. The event is free to attend and will include refreshments and appetizers.
Former Watterson Residents are also invited to join the Watterson Towers Facebook Group and share stories and positive experiences from their time as a resident for a chance to be featured at the event.
Time: 6-8 p.m.

Student Government Association 95th Anniversary Reception
Join fellow SGA alumni and current SGA members for this momentous occasion to celebrate 95 years of student governance at Illinois State University. Hear from the current SGA leadership and learn what is happening within the Division of Student Affairs and ISU. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar as we kick off Homecoming weekend together!

Division of Student Affairs Alumni and Friends Tailgate
Alumni and friends of Student Affairs are invited to join us for our Homecoming 2018 tailgate. From past RAs to UPB members, SGA leaders, Club Sport participants, and many others, we welcome you and all alumni and friends with a connection to any of the departments within Student Affairs back to campus to celebrate Homecoming 2018: Redbirds Rising with food, fun, and new Redbird memories!
Time: 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Registration is not required but appreciated.
Campus Recreation’s Competitive Sports Reunion
Campus Recreation invites all past Competitive Sports employees, and participants for a reunion at the Student Affairs Tailgate tent. Reconnect with other alumni and current Campus Recreation staff with some fun and food before the big game!
