As the semester comes to a close, employees should be aware of the Friday, December 21, 2018, pay date and University Closures.
Employees who receive a “hard copy” payroll check should make arrangements to pick up their checks by the close of business Friday, December 21, 2018, at the University Payroll Office located in College Place Uptown, Suite E. As usual, a photo ID and signature are required for pickup.
ENROLL in Direct Deposit! It’s as easy as one, two, three.
- Obtain your bank information (routing and account number)
- Enroll online using Self-Service at my.illinoisstate.edu/paybenefits (must be on campus or using VPN)
- Validate with the Payroll office (call (309)438-7677)
Due to University closures, the University Payroll Office will be closed from 4:30 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2018, through 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.
