Spanish minor Kyli Selberg studied over the summer in Costa Rica at Universidad Veritas. Here is what she has to say about her involvement in this program:
“It was a wonderful experience, and I only wish I had more time there. I loved the Spanish language immersion and the university—I had one amazing professor who instilled a love for learning language and global perspective.
My host family was amazing and I still talk to my mama Tica weekly. I have even planned a trip back to visit in February! I would highly recommend staying with a host family.
I loved how easy it was to travel throughout the country due to the small size and easy, affordable bus transportation. I got to see Manuel Antonio, Jaco, Puerto Viejo, and La Fortuna.”
