In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the University is working hard to keep Redbirds learning. Illinois State donors now have an opportunity to help students keep thriving as they adjust to learning from afar.
The University established the COVID-19 Redbirds Response Fund to provide aid in meeting some students’ basic needs during this challenging time. Faculty and staff have stepped up to prepare alternative learning formats that keep students on track toward graduation. University supporters can likewise step up by contributing gifts of any amount to the response fund.
Donations will assist those who have incurred financial hardships as a result of the virus, including but not limited to students who have experienced job loss, homelessness, or food insecurity.
When faced with adversity, Redbirds keep responding. Donors can add to a safety net that some students badly need to move forward. Gifts to the COVID-19 Redbirds Response Fund will truly make a difference in the lives of these students allowing them to get back to learning, growing, and becoming their best.
