A new symposium at Illinois State University aims to promote the creation of a new minor sequence.
The Translation Studies Symposium at ISU will be held from 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Friday, September 25 via Zoom. The event is free and open to Illinois State faculty, staff, and graduate students.
The symposium will feature two speakers during the day, Associate Professor in the School of Translation and the Department of Hispanic Studies at York University María Constanza Guzmán at 9:30 a.m., and Professor of Russian & Translation Studies at Kent State University Brian James Baer at 2 p.m.
