Changes are coming to the alumni magazine beginning with the fall issue. After nearly a decade of the same look, the magazine design has been refreshed.
The improved magazine will better showcase what is happening on campus, with a new spread called A Day in the Life. The number of features will be increased in each issue, allowing for more coverage of campus endeavors such as research and new programs.
In addition to the latest news from alumni, the magazine will offer more and better coverage of Athletics. Favorite columns, including Where Are They Now, will continue. Class notes will be published through the 1970s, with updates on alumni from all other classes available by viewing the magazine online at IllinoisState.edu/Magazine. Death notices from all years will remain in print and appear under the In Memory column.
Another change is an increased effort to be fiscally and environmentally responsible by reducing the number of copies printed each issue. Alumni who would prefer to receive the publication in digital format only can update their preferences. Email notification will be sent when the latest issue becomes available online.
