Illinois State University President Terri Goss Kinzy has tested positive for COVID-19. She is following CDC guidance and currently isolating at home in the University Residence. She plans to work remotely during her isolation period.
“I am fully vaccinated and boosted and I’m experiencing only mild symptoms,” said Kinzy. “I will miss being able to participate in some welcome events during this exciting time as we approach the start of the new semester. I urge everyone to continue taking precautions against COVID-19, including vaccinations and boosters. My family members are doing well, and they have tested negative.”
