On October 14, 2022, Drew McArdle was honored as the Department of Technology’s Outstanding Young Alumnus 2022.
McArdle graduated from the Department of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in graphic communications in 2012. During his years at Illinois State University, he worked at TechZone and was a part of Tau Kappa Epsilon where he held the office of treasurer. After graduating from Illinois State University, McArdle moved to Kentucky, then Indiana following his career path, and finally ended up in Columbus, Ohio as a Plant Manager of Evans Adhesives.
As an alumnus, McArdle has visited campus twice to give presentations to current students about the packaging industry.
