2022 Form 1099-NEC and Form 1099-MISC were mailed on January 25, 2023. If you have not received a form by February 1, 2023, contact the Illinois State University Tax Specialist at TaxOffice@IllinoisState.edu or by calling (309) 438-3106. The Payroll Office will begin processing replacement requests on February 15, 2023.
