Career Services is pleased to welcome Cintas to the Redbird family of supporters as a member of Engage, Career Services’ partner engagement program. Through Engage, companies generously provide support that specifically assists Career Services with developing, enhancing, and implementing innovative career development programs and services. In return, participating organizations have many opportunities to connect with Illinois State talent.
Since it was founded in 1929, Cintas has grown to more than 43,000 employee-partners in hundreds of locations. The organization serves businesses throughout North America as an ethical supply chain and offers products that promote a cleaner environment. With an emphasis on promoting from within and creating a multitude of career path opportunities, Cintas seeks to meet employee-partners wherever they are in their personal journey.
