The Mathematics Department congratulates its 2023-2024 Bone Scholar recipients Emma Martin (accelerated/pure and applied math) and Michael Severino (mathematics teacher education). They are both exceptional students and we are pleased to see their hard work and dedication rewarded with the highest award that an undergraduate student can receive at ISU. Dr. Gaywalee Yamskulna, former interim chair, represented the mathematics department at the luncheon on Sunday, October 1, 2023.
