Dr. Morgan is a physician who specializes in adult and pediatric urology. He is particularly interested in helping patients with kidney stones, prosthetics, and urogenital care.

Dr. Morgan graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria and completed his residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. He practices at Springfield Clinic in Bloomington, with satellite offices in Lincoln and Decatur.

Beyond caring for patients, he has held teaching appointments and is a staunch supporter of Mennonite College of Nursing as a member of the Dean’s External Cabinet. He has also served the country as a major in the U.S. Army Reserve on active duty during Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is assisting the college in finding ways to support students in the military.

Dr. Morgan has been instrumental in creating a partnership between the college and Springfield Clinic, while advocating for the nursing simulation center under construction. His expertise and feedback have been essential in improving the virtual reality technology used by the college.

He and his wife provide financial support as well, having established the Janel and Scott Morgan Endowed Scholarship to assist students completing their nursing degree.
