This month, readers get to know Paisley Hartman, academic advisor in the Office of International Engagement. Hartman also recently joined the A/P Council.

Job duties: Advise graduate and undergraduate students and ensure they are successful at Illinois State
How long have you been an employee at ISU?: Three years
What do you love most about working at ISU?: I enjoy working with the International students here and learning about their backgrounds and cultures. I also love walking around campus and grabbing a coffee from Starbucks. I also like attending fun events on campus that support our students.
What is one fact about yourself that might surprise people?: I am left handed.
When you’re not working, what are you most likely doing?: I enjoy spending time with my daughter, Charlotte, reading, cooking with my husband, and traveling the world.
What is your favorite spot on campus?: The library!
