The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) is fortunate to have two new staff members on board to begin fall 2024.

Sarah Sleeter
Sarah Sleeter is the newest AP clinical educator for CSD. She supports clinical training for graduate-level students in the speech-language pathology program. Sleeter’s service work includes departmental equity, diversity, inclusion, and access, and social committees. She is an alum of the CSD undergraduate (2016) and graduate programs (2018) at Illinois State. Prior to joining CSD as an employee, Sleeter worked in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, assisted living, and private practice. She serves the professional community with extensive participation in regional, state, and national level speech-language-hearing associations.

When Sleeter is not working in Fairchild Hall, she spends a great deal of time chasing her toddler. She and her husband travel for leisure, and she enjoys reading books when time allows.

Everett Moll
Everett Moll is the newest Civil Service main office member. He mainly tracks student documentation for clinical experiences. Aside from running reports and managing student paperwork, Moll handles room requests, office supplies, inventory, and many other important office processes. Prior to moving to Illinois, Moll worked at the Cincinnati Public Library. This library happened to be the second-highest circulating library in the country for several years, so he is familiar with busy workplace settings like CSD. In Moll’s spare time you might find him reading, writing, drawing, or playing video games. Moll dearly loves his two cats and often spoils them.

Please be sure to welcome our two newest CSD employees to campus.
