WGLT is helping Illinois State University celebrate 150 years in 2007 by bringing personal memories of alumni and employees via First Person Normal, an audio story-telling project produced by WGLT with the help of independent producer Paulette Cott.
“Everyone has a story. First Person Normal will help tell Illinois State’s history through these personal memories,” Cott said.
First Person Normal is broadcast on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:44 p.m. during NPR’s “All Things Considered.” Alumni who are familiar with podcasting and who want to sign up can do so by going to the Internet and clicking on First Person Normal.
If you would like to learn more about podcasting this and other GLT and NPR programs, check out the WGLT guide on the podcasting page.
