The annual Civil Service Council Scholarship Raffle raised more than $1,400 that will go toward scholarships for college students who are dependents of Civil Service employees.
Close to 70 people won prizes in the raffle. All prizes were donated from the campus and community, so proceeds from raffle ticket sales directly benefited students.
