The Illinois State Athletics department, Alumni Association and Chicago area radio station WBIG will host a Redbird Basketball Tip-off Reception on Thursday, Nov. 10, from 7 to 9 p.m., at Buffalo Wild Wings at 11820 South Route 59, in Plainfield, Ill.
All Illinois State alumni are encouraged to attend this free event to kick-off the 2005-06 basketball season. In addition to interacting with head coaches Porter Moser and Robin Pingeton and Director of Athletics Sheahon Zenger, WBIG will also be host a live version of “The BIG Sports Report.” Finger foods, giveaways and door prizes will all be available.
