Usher in spring with some outdoor rock climbing in southern Illinois.
Basic instruction, including safety, handwork, and footwork, will be provided. Actual climbing will take place on April 13-14 at Giant City State Park.
The mandatory participant meeting on April 3 from 7-8 p.m. at the Student Fitness Center climbing wall will include equipment sizing, review of itinerary, and confirmation of departure and return times. Climbing and camping equipment, transportation, and meals are included. Illinois State student cost is just $85.
