Illinois State University’s episode of The College Tour made its premiere during a red carpet event, Tuesday, September 13, at the Normal Theater. The cast of the episode, students, and staff attended the premiere in style and showed off their Redbird pride.
The premiere began with the cast walking the red carpet with their family and friends followed by a welcome by Executive Director of Admissions Jeff Mavros, M.S. ’06. The 30-minute episode, hosted by Emmy-nominated producer Alex Boylan, showcases 10 Illinois State students sharing their Redbird experiences. Mavros invited the cast on stage for a Q&A panel asking them about their experience filming and favorite moments behind the scenes.
The episode is available to stream now on YouTube, and all episodes of The College Tour are scheduled to stream on Amazon Prime Video this fall.
