A new initiative through Campus Dining Services, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Health Promotion and Wellness is in the development stages.
The program intends to offer increased access to fresh produce (fruits and vegetables) to the university community. This service is intended for students, faculty, and staff of Illinois State University, and we would appreciate your feedback.
Similar to a CSA (community supported agriculture), the program would deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to participants on a regular basis. The service would include a fee, which would be required up front. The payment schedule is anticipated to be in two-month increments.
Help us by taking our online survey, which will be open until Friday, May 10. The partnering departments thank you in advance for your time and feedback.
