June 7, 1-2 p.m.- Teams can be messy at times. Learn what your primary conflict management style is, some outcomes and triggers to conflict, and how your team might move toward conflict resolution as these situations arise.

June 21, 2-4:30 p.m.- This short training includes prevention techniques and introductory self-defense options that may help you avoid, escape, and survive attacks.
- Emotional and Social Intelligence: Creating a Better Awareness of Implicit Bias
June 28, 1-3 p.m. or July 25, 9-11 a.m.- Emotions are central to our relationships within various social contexts. Learn to recognize and address your emotional state in all situations, improve implicit bias awareness, and understand the importance of communicating empathy towards others.
- Listening in the Workplace
July 11, noon-1 p.m.- Knowing how to communicate in the workplace is a key part of successful collaboration. Effective communication can help reduce miscommunication, bolster collaboration, and foster trust among colleagues. The key to having better communication with coworkers is improving your listening skills.
- Strategies for Success in a Hybrid Work Environment
July 12, 10-11:30 a.m.- For many leaders, managing a distributed team of people engaging in various work modes is unfamiliar. In this session, we will recognize both the benefits and challenges of the hybrid work environment and provide strategies to enhance overall productivity, create a hybrid work team culture, and increase employee retention.

July 20, 8:30-9:30 a.m.- Glean insights on the four types of productivity styles. Identify your productivity style and match your preferred way of operating to the way you work best.

July 27, 2-4 p.m.- Through the 5 Voices communication assessment, learn how to communicate effectively with others by understanding your communication personality and making it work for you.

August 3, 8:30-10:30 a.m.- Performance management begins by connecting with an employee where they are now and identifying what steps are required to guide them to where they need to be.

June 8, 9 a.m.-noon- Get an introduction to Excel with topics including basic features, editing, formatting, filtering, and printing.

June 15, 9 a.m.-noon- Dig deeper to create charts and graphs, “if” statements, and pivot tables to summarize values.

- Dollar Cost Averaging: Reduce Risk While Growing Your Net Worth
July 18, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.- Know when the best time is to invest. We will talk about how to reduce timing risk through dollar cost averaging.

- June Bite-Sized Learning: Building Soft Skills
- Follow the June calendar to engage in bite-sized daily learning with videos or reflection activities that take around five minutes to complete. June’s theme is building soft skills that will help you better relate to those around you. The learning can be accessed by logging into the HR Training Calendar to download from the “Building Soft Skills” event.
