Like back-to-school sales, one of the signs of a new semester is upon us – the annual Kickoff Que, Sunday, Aug. 18.
Sponsored by Diversity Advocacy, the Que is a multicultural celebration for campus. Featuring free food and a live DJ, the barbeque will highlight student organizations that work with underrepresented groups.
The back-to-school event will begin at 4 p.m. at the courtyard between the Bone Student Center and the Bowling Billiards Center. Participants must bring their valid Illinois State I.D. to attend. Faculty and staff are welcome.
