Come join Friends of the Arts and University Galleries staff for a guided art tour Wednesday, November 6, at University Galleries.
Get ready to learn about three outstanding exhibits: Canterbury Exchange, Mark Joshua Epstein: I Can’t Remember Where I Live, and Benjamin Britten: Practitioner, Modernist, Inspiration.
If you haven’t seen these exhibits currently on display in the University Galleries this is a great opportunity to do so. If you’ve already seen these exhibits and have any thoughts or questions (we know you do) come to the gallop for a chance to hear the real story behind the work and interesting facts about the artists.
The tour will start at 5:30 pm and lasts about an hour. Whether you’re a first time attendee or a frequent visitor at the University Galleries, there is something for everyone to learn at a Gallery Gallop. Gallery Gallops are free and open to the public.
