The annual Bird Shirt Friday Finale event will be held from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. May 2 on the second floor of the Bone Student Center.
During this final Bird Shirt event of the semester, students wearing their “Fear the Bird” T-shirts can spin the prize wheel for chances to win tickets to see the Chicago Cubs, meal coupons to restaurants in the Bone Student Center, and a variety of other giveaways. Students will also have the opportunity to enter a raffle for a chance to win an iPad mini and a $200 shopping spree to Barnes & Noble-Illinois State University Bookstore, as well as other prizes.
In addition, an ice cream sundae bar will be served from 1–2 p.m. At the conclusion of the event, the 2014 Bird Shirt design will be revealed. The winning design was created by an Illinois State student.
