The tradition of visiting Avanti’s in Normal for a gondola while you attend Illinois State has grown into a tradition for alumni living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This annual event, hosted by Alumni Network Leader Susan Nelson-Brown ’78, gives alumni the chance to experience a little taste of Normal in their own backyard.

Please feel free to bring an appetizer, side, or dessert to go along with the gondolas. The event is BYOB, but soda and water will be provided.
