Thomas Metcalf School’s Holiday Bazaar is scheduled for Friday, December 12. If you have any items you wish to donate, please do so by Monday, December 1, so that the Holiday Bazaar committee can get the items readied for sale. Your donations can be dropped off in the Main Office or at the After School Program sign-out desk.
Many volunteers are needed to make the Bazaar successful. If you are interested in volunteering at the Bazaar, please use SignUpGenius to determine available shifts.
The Holiday Bazaar team collects gift items from families (gently used items from homes or sale items from stores) to create a holiday store where the students can shop. The students are able to purchase gifts (50 cents an item) for each immediate family member, have them wrapped, and bring them home to surprise their families over the holiday break. The students love surprising their families and feel great about providing gifts on their own!
Needed items include:
— Gifts for dads
— New and unopened beauty products
— Metcalf, U-High, and ISU spirit wear
— Stationery
— Sports items
— Puzzles/games
— Books/journals
— CDs/DVDs
— Picture frames/photo albums

Donations of jewelry boxes, holiday gift bags, tags, tissue paper, and paper bags with handles are also appreciated. Please do not send in used clothing.
