Young Redbird fans will have the opportunity to play a more active role in game-day events in Illinois State’s 2009-2010 athletic season through membership in the Reggie’s Kids Club. The club, which was created in conjunction with the National Collegiate Athletic Association, is enrolling kids 12 years old and younger. The membership period runs through June 30, 2010.
For an annual fee of just $30, Reggie’s Kids Club members receive free admission to all Illinois State women’s basketball games and volleyball matches, along with a complimentary ticket to select football, men’s basketball, baseball, and softball games. Members also receive an official Reggie’s Kids Club T-shirt, a membership card, an annual birthday card from Reggie, and discounts and coupons from participating vendors at athletic events.
“The Reggie’s Kids Club is an exciting venture that has been established for the opportunity for all of our young Redbird Fans,” Illinois State Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing Brad Ledford said. “The special benefits and inside look at Redbird Athletics are just a small part of being a Reggie’s Kids Club member. We’re excited about the continued success of the Reggie’s Kids Club, but we are most enthused about seeing the young Redbird fans, who bring so much energy to our games, matches, and events again this season.”
