The Illinois State University Planetarium will present The Year of Pluto at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 14. The show coincides with the NASA New Horizons space-probe’s close approach to the dwarf-planet Pluto that day – the first-ever detailed look at that mysterious icy world.
The special presentation is free and open to the public. The Planetarium is located under the white domed roof at the eastern end of Felmley Hall of Science at the intersection of College Avenue and School Street in Normal.
