The College of Business (COB) Information Technology (IT) staff members at Illinois State University support the technological needs of all COB faculty and staff as well as seven computer labs. They provide a myriad of ways to perform important job functions, get help with technology, and access information.
One of the ways COB IT staff offer support to members of the University is with two new blogs. George Wiman, webmaster and computer support specialist, explained that the COB Web Support blog is a place for conversation about the COB web presence, technology, and community, and the COB Tech Support blog is for any technical issues important to faculty, staff, and students in the college.
To keep the community connected, Pete Juvinall, one of the COB IT staff members, is also involved in the iState podcast. “iState is about how people interact with technology,” said Wiman.
