The Honors Program and Milner Library are co-sponsoring a series of speaking events on international experiences. Current English doctoral candidate, Rebecca Anderson, will share some of her experiences as a Fulbright Scholar who taught English in Turkey in 2009-10. Her presentation is at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, in Milner Library on the third floor, northeast corner.
Following Anderson’s talk, Becky Mentzer of the Honors Program will share information about applying for the Fulbright Scholarship, as the 2012-2013 competition will open on May 1.
This event is open to anyone interested in hearing about Rebecca’s experiences and also those who are thinking about applying for a future Fulbright Scholarship.
