The Advocacy Council for Human Rights, Equality Illinois and Lamda Legal Defense are sponsoring the Civil Unions Law Information Forum at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, at the Bloomington Unitarian Church.
Information will be presented about the new law and the process for local couples to apply for a license.
